About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and people-oriented HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The role involves strategic planning, policy implementation, talent management, and ensuring alignment of HR functions with the overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Oversee the entire employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, engagement, retention, exit).
Design and implement policies on performance management, compensation, benefits, and compliance.
Drive employee engagement, culture-building initiatives, and grievance handling.
Ensure legal compliance across labor laws, PF, ESIC, POSH, and other HR regulations.
Partner with leadership to identify organizational needs and workforce planning.
Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for management decision-making.
Lead and mentor the HR team to deliver high-quality HR services.
Manage payroll, attendance, and HRMS systems for accuracy and compliance.
Build relationships with stakeholders to foster a collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in HR with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Hands-on experience with HRMS, ATS, and MS Office tools.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
