PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBLITIES

"• Deliver ongoing / scheduled reports / dashboards/ Tools effectively on daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly basis

• Identify areas of optimizing ongoing steps / techniques used to delivery ongoing reports / dashboards through knowledge of adv. Excel , VBA & SQL. Python, PowerApp/Power Automate. AI/ML knowledge Good to have

• Derive problem statement from ambiguous data

• Provide view & support clients as required in areas like Productivity & Cost Reduction 

• Effective coordination with onshore/offshore data consultants & business stakeholders

• Good data visualization skills using PowerBI, excel or other visualization tools."

CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED

"• 3-5 years of  overall experience in Adv. excel, VBA, Access, SQL, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Python etc. 

• Understanding of basic functions and features like Find & Replace, Sheet Navigation, auto filter, Sorting, VLOOKUP, PIVOT, basic application of conditional formatting, along with basic formatting knowledge, page setup to organize and format dataset. 

• Basic understanding of VBE module, variable declaration and scope, loops, logical statement, various objects like menu bar, windows available and keyboard shortcuts. Basic knowledge of macro recording, editing and assigning short cuts.

• Understanding of basic DDL/DML statements (like Create, Select, Delete, Update, Alter, Truncate commands) with complete syntax. Also familiar with basic RDBMS concepts including keys and data integrity rules (like Primary Key, Foreign key, unique constraints)

• Proficient in using existing Tableau in-built charts with pre-loaded data or using flat files. 

• Strong problem solving ability & learning agility

• Good communication and presentation skills"

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION

"• 15 months in the current role for Lateral & Vertical movement or (12 months in the current role and at least 3 years of prior experience and last appraisal rating of Exceeding Expecations or above)

• Current Role of employee should be AA.

• Employee should be a confirmed full-time employee of the organization 

• Employee should not have been on PCCP (behavioral or performance) for the second time in the current role, in the last quarter or the current quarter 

• Employee should be rated Achieving/Highly Valued Contributor(HVC) or above in the last performance cycle

• Employees returning from an oversees assignment will not be eligible to apply for an IPP/IJP outside of his/her domain/unit/team/ for a period of 6 months post returning"
