Job Summary
The Accounts Payable (AP)
Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounts payable process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. While this is an individual contributor role, the Team Lead acts as a subject matter expert, guiding team members, coordinating workflows, and driving process improvements.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
4+ years of experience in accounts payable
Prior experience in a lead or coordinator role is a plus.
US shift (night/early morning shifts)
Skills:
Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar software).
Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
