Position Overview:

ETS is looking for an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Academics to provide expertise in curriculum development and support education projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in curriculum design and a deep understanding of education sector dynamics, working closely with multi-stakeholder environments including government agencies and education boards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead curriculum design initiatives aligned with educational standards and frameworks.
• Collaborate with government agencies, education boards, and internal teams to ensure curriculum relevance and effectiveness.
• Develop and review education sector reports, presentations, and operational documentation.
• Utilize data collection tools and survey platforms to gather insights and inform curriculum development.
• Apply analysis methodologies to support evidence-based decision-making in curriculum design.
• Support project teams in integrating curriculum development frameworks and best practices.
• Facilitate workshops, training, and stakeholder engagement sessions as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Post-graduate/Master’s degree or equivalent from a recognized institute.
• 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 8 years in the education sector or curriculum development.
• Proven experience in curriculum design and development.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in multi-stakeholder environments, including government agencies and education boards.
• Experience preparing detailed reports, presentations, and project documentation.
• Familiarity with data collection tools, survey platforms, and analysis methodologies.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

• Published research or policy papers in the education domain.
• Familiarity with curriculum development frameworks and standards.
