We are seeking experienced finance professionals to join our Rebate Management team at two career levels — CL 9 and CL 8. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, validating, forecasting, and reconciling rebate and trade promotion programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business objectives.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, deep understanding of rebate processes, and expertise in financial controls and reporting.

 

Key Responsibilities

Rebate & Claim Management:

Validate and process rebate claims in accordance with contracts and business policies.

Ensure accuracy of sales and financial data supporting rebate calculations.

 

Financial Forecasting & Analysis:

Prepare rebate forecasts, perform variance and scenario analysis, and support accrual management.

Analyze historical data to improve accuracy of rebate estimates and financial planning.

Dispute & Compliance Management:

Handle disputes and discrepancies in claims and payments; drive resolution through collaboration with sales, finance, and operations.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and financial policies.

 

Trade Promotion & Accruals:

Manage accrual postings and ensure alignment with trade promotion and rebate programs.

Review program performance to identify risks, opportunities, and cost optimization areas.

 

Payment Reconciliation:

Support payment validation and reconciliation of rebate settlements with finance teams.

Maintain transparency and accuracy in rebate-related financial records.

Data Management & Reporting:

Validate and interpret sales data for rebate calculation and reporting.

Generate regular reports on rebate performance, utilization, and financial impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.

8+ years (CL 9) / 10+ years (CL 8) of experience in Rebate Management, Finance Operations, or Trade Promotion Accounting.

Prior experience in shared services or global finance operations preferred.

Exposure to ERP tools (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and data analytics platforms is an advantage.
