Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced ERP Full Stack Developer who has hands-on experience in building and supporting ERP software for construction companies. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the full stack, with strong skills in Next.js for front-end development and Node.js for back-end development, and a good understanding of ERP workflows specific to the construction domain.

Roles & Responsibilities

·       ERP Development

·       Design, develop, and enhance ERP modules used in the construction industry.

·       Work on key ERP functionalities such as:

·       Project Planning & Execution

·       BOQ and Contract Management

·       Procurement & Inventory Control

·       Billing, Invoicing, and Payments

·       Payroll and Resource Management

·       Customize ERP solutions based on business requirements.

Front-End Development (Next.js)

·       Develop responsive and user-friendly ERP screens using Next.js.

·       Create dashboards and role-based access for different users.

·       Ensure smooth user experience and performance optimization.

Back-End Development (Node.js)

·       Develop and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Node.js.

·       Handle business logic, data processing, and system integrations.

·       Ensure security, scalability, and performance of ERP applications.

Database & Integration

·       Design and manage databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

·       Integrate ERP systems with third-party tools such as accounting, reporting, and payment systems.

·       Maintain data accuracy and consistency across modules.

      Collaboration & Support

·       Work closely with product, QA, and business teams.

·       Debug issues, improve existing features, and provide production support.

·       Participate in code reviews and system enhancements.

·       Guide junior developers when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

·       Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP development.

·       Proven experience working on ERP systems for construction companies.

·       Strong hands-on experience with:

·       Next.js (Front-end)

·       Node.js (Back-end)

·       Good knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript.

·       Experience with REST APIs and database design.

·       Understanding of construction industry workflows and ERP processes.

·       Good communication and problem-solving skills.

·       Ability to join immediately.

·       Preferred Qualifications

·       Experience in ERP product-based companies.

·       Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure).

·       Experience with CI/CD and version control tools like Git.
